ちょっと雨漏りしてしうこともあります
不便も多いです

住まいとしてだけではなく、アトリエや店舗など基本的には自由に使っていただきたいのでご相談下さい
改修も自由に可能ですよ。改修中のシェア代金について相談いできます。

徐々にいろいろなことをシェアしながら協力して持続可能な生活の場を考えていきたいと思っています

We have 4 rooms as shared house in the secound floor.
A kichen and a pbath room are used together.
It may happen some leak a bit. I try to fix it.

You can use that rooms as your studio or shop if you like.
A room repair as you like available.
Your pets also welcome.

I would like to make this place that I live with others cooperatively and share something.
